RETURN POLICY

At Rooted Rebel Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With original tags attached (if applicable)
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at rootedrebelco@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

We offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not issue refunds for returned items unless:
• The item arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• There is an error on our part.

If exchanging an item:
• A $7 reshipping fee is required and can be purchased on our website.
• If the replacement item costs more, you'll pay the difference.
• If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept cancellations.

Because many of our items are custom-made or ordered specifically for each customer, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at rootedrebelco@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll work quickly to make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of $7, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or incorrect)
